During our initial phone call, we can discuss insurance and payment options. Some insurance companies require prior authorization for mental health services or require you to pay a copay at the time of service. I currently accept the following insurance plans:
- Behavioral Health Systems
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Commercial and Bluecare)
- Magellan/Magellan EAP
- United Healthcare/Optum (Commercial Only)
I do accept self pay clients and can discuss rates in detail over the phone or prior to your first appointment. My cancellation policy requires that you cancel within 24 hours to avoid being charged $50 for a missed appointment. I accept credit and debit cards as well as cash and check.
